Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates, if offered, will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international orders.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. BathBombs.com is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BathBombs.com is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance and we will do our best to help.
