30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bath and body products, we cannot accept returns on:

Used or opened products
Items damaged due to misuse
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
